THE WORKFLOW / FROM CUE TO REVIEW
A little direction.
A lot can get moving.
You give the cue. OnCue gives a coding agent a place to work, and gives you a clear view of what it’s doing.
01 / CONNECT
Start with your workspace.
Deploy the stack in your Cloudflare account, configure GitHub and Clerk, and connect supported model access and Modal. Choose the repository the agent should work in. Your code, model credentials, and compute each have a clear role.
Repository configuration supplies the commands and context that make a task repeatable.
Understand connections02 / DELEGATE
Give the task a clear shape.
Describe the change you want, the constraints that matter, and what a good result looks like. The agent gets a remote workspace for the task.
Small, well-scoped tasks are easier to inspect. Include the checks you expect to pass and any files or behaviors that must stay intact.
Prepare a repository03 / FOLLOW
Follow along. Or come back.
The conversation brings together messages, tool activity, and changes. Add context or answer a question when the task needs your direction.
Execution happens in the cloud. Closing a browser tab does not make the browser responsible for keeping the run alive; sandbox lifecycle limits still apply.
Explore sessions04 / REVIEW
Close the loop with a review.
Inspect changed files and the check evidence for the current revision. Read warnings and failures as carefully as successes.
When the work is ready, the workflow can prepare a draft pull request. Human review is still the last mile.
Understand the handoffUNDER THE SURFACE
Three parts. One session.
01 / BROWSER
The place you steer.
The interface shows the conversation, activity, diffs, and review evidence.
02 / CONTROL PLANE
The thread that persists.
Cloudflare Workers and Durable Objects coordinate sessions, with D1 and R2 for stored data and artifacts.
03 / SANDBOX
The place work happens.
A Modal sandbox runs the agent and repository commands, separate from your browser.
Implementation details and current limitations live in the source architecture records.
